Fyrlo uses cloud services to store user-created projects and to process requested AI features. Projects can be associated with a device identifier or a signed-in account. For privacy requests, account deletion, or data questions, contact Rocket Digital and include “Fyrlo” plus the account email when applicable.
A useful support report names the project, the action, and the exact result. These three areas cover most questions without asking you to send an entire manuscript.
01
Generation
Chapter or continuation issue
Note whether the failure happened while creating, rewriting, expanding, shortening, or generating the next chapter.
02
Library
Project or progress question
Identify the project title, format, and whether the problem appears when opening, reading, exporting, or returning to the library.
03
Project setup
Prompt or format confusion
Describe the selected format, genres, tone, and the decision that is unclear. Do not include private information in the prompt.
A safe troubleshooting order
Narrow the problem before repeating the action.
A failed generation, missing project, or purchase question can look similar at first. Check the smallest boundary in order so you know whether the issue belongs to the connection, project, credit state, purchase record, or account.
01
Scope
Confirm where the problem appears
Check whether the issue affects one project, one action, or the whole app. Record the project format and exact screen. A chapter-generation failure requires different context from a library or export problem.
02
Connection
Complete one controlled retry
Confirm a stable connection, reopen Fyrlo, return to the same project, and repeat the action once. Avoid many rapid retries because they make it harder to describe which state produced the result.
03
Access
Check credits or the purchase state
For AI generation, review the credit or Premium information shown in Fyrlo. For a subscription, use Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account that completed the original transaction.
04
Report
Send reproducible details to support
Include the Fyrlo version, device, iOS version, project format, action, visible result, and the single retry completed. A concise report is more useful than an entire unpublished manuscript.
A clear report helps Rocket Digital understand the failed step without collecting unrelated personal information.
Device
Record the basics
Note the Fyrlo App Version, your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, connection type, and whether the behavior occurs every time.
For a purchase issue, note whether Restore Purchases was attempted with the same Apple Account that originally completed the transaction.

Context
Describe the exact step
Name the matching symptom, the exact failed step (for example, chapter generation or cover creation), and the one retry you completed.
For a privacy request, identify Fyrlo and the email associated with the account when applicable. Follow the contact channel’s instructions before attaching personal content.
Apple manages billing, renewals, cancellation, eligibility, and the purchase record. Never send a full card number, password, or one-time code to Fyrlo support.
Project, action, result: three details that make a report easier to reproduce.
A faster diagnosis
A useful support request identifies the step—not the whole manuscript.
Most issues can be narrowed to setup, generation, saving, purchase state, account access, or export. Naming that boundary helps support respond without collecting unrelated creative work.
Record the app version, device and iOS version, project format, the action you selected, and the exact result. Note whether the behavior happens every time and whether one safe retry changed it. For generation issues, a short description of the prompt structure is usually more useful than pasting a complete chapter.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment-card details, or an entire unpublished manuscript. Apple manages the purchase record; Rocket Digital can investigate Fyrlo behavior and account or privacy requests through the official contact channel.
Include Fyrlo version, device, iOS version, connection type, and project format.
Action
Describe the exact step
State what you tapped and whether the issue concerns generation, library, export, purchase, or account access.
Result
Quote the visible symptom
Include the error wording or outcome and the single retry already completed, without sharing secrets.

Quick support answers
My chapter generation failed. What should I do?
Check your internet connection, confirm you have a credit or active Premium access, then retry. If the service still fails, reopen Fyrlo and contact support with your app version, device model, iOS version, and the step that failed.
Why am I out of credits?
Chapter generation, covers, and some AI features consume credits. Fyrlo shows your balance before you generate. Premium options unlock more capacity; current pricing is shown in the app before purchase.
How do I restore a subscription?
Open Fyrlo, go to Settings or Premium management, and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the original App Store purchase.
How do I delete my account?
In Fyrlo, open Settings, choose your account, and select Delete account. If you cannot access the app, use Rocket Digital’s contact form and identify Fyrlo in your request.
Where are my stories saved?
User-created projects are stored through Fyrlo’s cloud backend and associated with a device identifier or signed-in account. Signing in can link device-created stories to your account. See the privacy page for details and deletion options.
