Your first project in Fyrlo sets habits for everything that follows. Spend a few extra minutes on format and wizard choices—you will save regeneration time later.
This guide walks through creating a Book from scratch. The same flow applies to Short Story, Poetry, and Screenplay with format-specific tweaks.
1. Install and open Fyrlo
Download Fyrlo—AI Book Creator & Writer from the App Store on a compatible iPhone or iPad (iOS 15.6 or later). Sign in or create an account if prompted, and check your starting credit balance.
2. Tap Create and choose a format
On the create screen, pick Book for a multi-chapter novel, Short Story for a single arc, Poetry for a verse collection, or Screenplay for a script. If you are unsure, start with Short Story—it is faster to complete and teaches the workflow.
First project tip: choose a genre you read often. You will spot AI mistakes faster when you know the conventions.
3. Complete the wizard
Answer genre, tone, and length questions honestly. “Dark literary fantasy, medium length, melancholic tone” produces a different draft than “cozy romance, short, warm and humorous.”
Add a working title and one-sentence premise. Even a rough logline helps the first chapter land on target.
4. Generate chapter one
Tap generate and wait for the draft. Read it fully before regenerating—sometimes the opening improves in paragraph two or three.
If the voice is wrong, adjust tone in settings or add a short note to your prompt before trying again.
5. Save to your library
Your project is saved to the library. Books move through cover selection and an editable chapter plan before chapter generation; other formats continue into their focused creation flow.
