This is a product-specific explanation, not a replacement for the official Rocket Digital Privacy Policy. If the two differ, rely on the official policy.
1. Story projects and library data
A Fyrlo project can include its title, format, premise, genres, tone, selected characters, story plan, generated or edited text, reading progress, and cover information. User-created projects are stored through Fyrlo’s cloud backend so the app can load, update, continue, and delete them.
Fyrlo also includes preset stories and cover artwork bundled with the app. Those built-in assets are separate from the projects you create.
2. What is processed when you use AI features
When you request an AI feature, Fyrlo sends the information needed to complete that request through its cloud services. The payload can include your premise, genre, tone, story plan, relevant characters, prior chapter context, generation language, or a cover description.
Text-generation requests are processed using OpenAI services. AI cover requests are processed using Replicate and the image model configured by Fyrlo. Project records and generated cover files use Google Firebase services. These providers process data to deliver the requested feature under their applicable service terms and Rocket Digital’s official policy.
Do not put government IDs, payment details, passwords, private health information, or other highly sensitive personal data in a story prompt or cover description.
3. Device identifiers and optional accounts
Fyrlo uses a device-based identifier to operate a profile before sign-in, associate projects with that profile, apply generation limits, and restore the correct service state.
You can optionally sign in with Apple, Google, or email. Account sign-in uses Firebase Authentication and can link stories created under the device profile to the signed-in user. The account data available to Fyrlo depends on the sign-in method and can include an account identifier, email address, and name.
4. Subscriptions and purchase status
Apple handles payment information for App Store purchases. RevenueCat helps Fyrlo manage subscription status, entitlements, and purchase restoration. Fyrlo does not receive your full card number from Apple.
Current prices, billing periods, trial eligibility, renewal terms, and cancellation information appear in the App Store purchase flow before you confirm a transaction.
5. Your choices and deletion options
- Edit or delete individual projects from the library.
- Use the in-app account settings to delete a signed-in account.
- Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple Account settings.
- Use the Rocket Digital contact channel for a privacy or data request.
Deleting the Fyrlo account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. Manage that subscription separately through Apple.
Privacy rights vary by location. The official policy explains how to request access, correction, or deletion and describes retention, international processing, security, and children’s privacy in more detail.
Contact Rocket Digital Limited, identify Fyrlo, and include the email connected to the account when relevant. Never send a password or payment-card number.
